RTX in Huntsville is seeking a team-oriented engineer to design and develop RF transmitters, receivers and exciters. You will create CCAs, perform lab characterization, and verify modules while ensuring RF performance and reliability.

The role requires a STEM degree and 2+ years of RF experience, with proficiency in RF design tools. You will collaborate across power, digital, and mechanical teams in a fast-paced defense program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF design, testing, and simulation.
• Familiarity with RF design tools (Mentor, HFSS, Genesys, ADS).

Responsabilités

• Design and development of transmitters, receivers or exciters.
• Design of CCAs with RF or mixed signals.
• Lab work for component characterization and module verification.
• Test and handle sensitive RF hardware.
• Schematic capture and RF routing.
• Collaborate with power, digital and mechanical teams.
