JOHN LEONARD in Boston is seeking a Senior HRIS Administrator to serve as a strategic and technical leader within the HR team. The role requires deep HRIS expertise, data governance, and advanced analytics across HR systems and reporting.

Responsibilities include leading HRIS configurations, upgrades, and integrations, while delivering dashboards and regulatory reporting. The position is on-site in Boston, MA, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and data-driven

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of progressive HRIS administration experience in a law firm.
• Expertise with enterprise HRIS platforms (Dayforce, Workday, UKG, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) and HRIS reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management.

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the organization's HRIS platform.
• Lead HRIS configuration, system enhancements, upgrades, testing, implementation, and optimization.
• Manage and improve workflows across Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, WFM, and HR Operations.
• Partner with HR leadership to develop and execute long-term HR technology strategies.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues; maintain data governance and audit readiness.
• Develop advanced HR dashboards, KPIs, workforce analytics, and regulatory reporting.
• Utilize Power BI, Excel, SQL, and HRIS reporting tools to deliver insights.
• Support compensation planning through surveys and benchmarking.
• Lead HRIS integrations, data migration, and system connectivity projects.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
