Job summary

ABB in Senatobia, MS is seeking a Time Administrator to manage weekly and biweekly time submittals for payroll across 1200+ onsite employees. You will ensure accuracy, resolve complex escalations, and support timekeeping standards in a multinational HR context.

The role requires expertise with Kronos/UKG and Workday, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 7+ years related experience, or Associates degree with 5+ years related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience in Payroll, HR, Time Administration, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; UKG/Kronos and Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Time Management systems including Kronos/UKG and Workday Time modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage review and completion of weekly and bi-weekly time submittals for payroll.
• Research and assist in issue resolution for complex escalations involving multiple processes/systems.
• Review time functionality in applicable systems and ensure accurate execution of time processes for multiple employee groups.
• Create and run reports to ensure integrity of Time and Attendance data.
• Assist with development and delivery of reference materials.
• Participate in and deliver on projects to meet goals and objectives.
• Serve as Time Administrator for Kronos/UKG and Workday processing and time support.
• Provide guidance to managers, supervisors, and HRBPs on timekeeping systems.
