Job summary

ABB Senatobia is seeking a Time Administrator to oversee weekly and bi-weekly time submittals for payroll for 1200+ onsite employees. The role supports HR operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to global standards while complying with local laws.

You will handle timekeeping transactions, provide system guidance, and collaborate with managers and HR Business Partners in a large onsite manufacturing setting in Senatobia, MS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 7+ years of payroll/HR experience, or an Associate/Bachelor's degree with related experience.
• Experience with UKG/Kronos and Workday preferred; other TMS/HCM systems acceptable if deeply versed in them.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly and bi-weekly time submittals for payroll.
• Research and resolve complex escalations across multiple processes/systems.
• Review time functionality and ensure accurate execution of time processes for multiple employee groups.
• Create and execute reports to ensure Time and Attendance data integrity.
• Assist in developing and delivering reference materials for users.
• Participate in projects to ensure goals are met.
• Act as Time Administrator for Kronos/UKG and Workday processing and payroll support.
• Provide guidance to managers, supervisors, and HRBP’s on timekeeping systems.
