Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a qualified candidate to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and processes at the Bowling Green plant. You will be the first point of contact, handling cases via Service Now, chat and phone support, and routing issues to the People Operations team.

The role involves heavy data entry for hires, terminations, and salary adjustments, plus monitoring HR inboxes and escalating when needed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a customer support role preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level HR system support using Service Now and resolve cases.
• Handle high volume data entry for hires, terminations and salary adjustments.
• Monitor HR inboxes and route or escalate issues to COE, HR Partners, or leadership.
