Job summary

Employbridge, LLC is seeking a dynamic Onsite Manager with Creole, Spanish, and English fluency for our Plainfield, IN location. This on-site role supervises daily personnel to assure timely, accurate delivery of client goods and services, and manages employee relations and payroll/invoicing processes to support client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Demonstrable success managing a team or process.
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.
• Ability to lead, organize and build diverse teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and develop value-added services to support changing client needs.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring for assignments.
• Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing is accurate.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports at the client’s request.
• Manage employee relations at the site — coaching, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
• Conduct onsite orientation and safety training.
• Facilitate the initial treatment and reporting of workers’ compensation incidents.
• Participate in scheduled service reviews at the client site.
• Act as liaison between the branch office and the client.
• Deliver superior customer service and develop relationships with supervisors and associates.
• Other duties as assigned.
