Job summary

MNP, LLC, a Fontana Gruppo Company, seeks an HR Specialist – Recruiting & Training in Utica, Michigan to lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding onsite. This role focuses on building strong manager partnerships and driving hiring efficiency.

You will develop training programs, coordinate new-hire orientation, and manage retention actions while aligning with company values and manufacturing staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of recruiting experience plus
• 3 years of experience recruiting skilled manufacturing personnel
• Experience creating positive written communications
• Experience working across all functions of an organization
• Knowledge of employment laws
• Excellent computer skills with Excel, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting
• Track open positions and partner with hiring managers on postings
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and schedule interviews
• Extend offers and organize onboarding
• Own New Hire Orientation and retention plans
• Develop new hire feedback surveys and follow-up processes
• Coordinate performance review cycles
• Build talent pipeline partnerships with technical schools and institutions
• Coordinate training and development programs and track completion
• Support additional HR functions and events
• Demonstrate company values in daily work
