Job summary

The HR Specialist is a key operational partner to the HR team and leadership within an assigned Distribution Center, guiding strategy and administrative tasks including analytics, talent, engagement, and associate relations. Partners across the DC network to leverage solutions and ensure consistency.

Onsite role with focus on hourly talent, coaching, performance management, and collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence to drive culture and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources or related for a retail function preferred.
• Equivalent education and experience may substitute for minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Partners with HR Manager to support HR strategy and culture for the DC.
• Provides HR consulting to operations leadership and coaches on performance.
• Manages talent acquisition and talent management for leaders and hourly roles.
• Uses HR data to assess trends and drive engagement across the DC network.
• conducts investigations, training, and performance management guidance.
