Target is seeking a Senior Human Resource Specialist to help execute HR processes, onboarding, and daily HR services within Global Supply Chain and Logistics. You will partner with site leaders and HR colleagues to deliver accurate, timely HR support across distribution centers.

You will interact with leadership and team members, apply best practices, and maintain records while ensuring staffing, retention, and compliance needs are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and Office tools (Excel, Word, O365).
• Strong customer service and communication skills with all levels.
