Job summary

LAUNCH is seeking an HR & Recruiting Coordinator to act as the on-site hub for HR and Talent Acquisition at the Wichita, KS facility. You will coordinate the hiring process, onboarding, timekeeping, and employee relations while supporting managers and staff.

You will partner with HR to drive recruiting activity, maintain records in ADP/Bullhorn, and generate essential metrics to improve staffing timelines and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; bachelor’s is a plus.
• 2–4 years in recruiting/coordinator roles.
• Manufacturing/aviation/MRO staffing experience preferred.
• Bullhorn ATS experience preferred.
• ADP Workforce Now Recruiting and Time & Attendance experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes.
• Serve as onsite HR and TA hub for Wichita.
• Maintain candidate records and HR documentation.
• Generate recruiting reports and metrics.
