Job summary

Vermillion, Inc. in Wichita, KS is seeking an HR Recruiter/Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding and day-to-day HR administration.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with managers to identify staffing needs, and handle employee records and HRIS maintenance with confidentiality. Responsibilities include onboarding, new-hire orientation, employee transactions, attendance and PTO tracking, and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or 2+ years of HR/recruiting experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and HRIS/ATS.
• Manufacturing or technical-industry HR experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for designated positions and coordinate pre-employment activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate qualifications.
• Develop candidate pipelines via job boards, referrals, schools, and events.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and new-hire orientation.
• Process employee transactions and maintain HR records in CSI and HR systems.
• Respond to routine HR questions and escalate to HR Manager when needed.
• Prepare HR reports and participate in workforce events and programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR processes.
