Job summary

Crossroads Continuum is seeking an Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations onsite in Hudson and Marlborough, MA. The role reports to the Director of Human Resources and involves payroll/benefits support, onboarding, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR or recruiting experience, familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years HR/Recruiting and admin experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including job fairs.
• Assemble new hire orientation packets and collect documents.
• Maintain HR files and HRIS records (birthdays, anniversaries, notices).
• Support payroll and benefits administration in ADP.
• Manage communication and confidentiality across staff.
• Coordinate attendance, meetings, and timecards.
