Job summary

S&S Activewear, a leading North American apparel distributor, seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations onsite in Middleborough, MA.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, screening applicants, maintaining HR records, and assisting with payroll and employee queries. The role requires strong communication, organization, and knowledge of HR policies. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Human Resources related experience.
• Associates or bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with payroll or HRIS is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job postings, screen applications, schedule interviews.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Support employee relations and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate HR files and records.
• Answer questions from applicants and employees regarding policies and benefits.
