Job summary

Crossroads Continuum Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support personnel functions onsite in Hudson, MA (with Marlborough, MA as needed).

Under the Director of Human Resources, you will maintain HR files, handle onboarding, payroll and benefits tasks, and ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all records. The full-time role requires at least 2 years’ HR/recruiting experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years HR/Recruiting and admin experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current HR files, including personnel, payroll, and benefits files.
• Updates HRIS homepage monthly with birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
• Records I-9, CORI, and MVR as required.
• Records expiration dates for CPR and First Aid in HRIS.
• Distributes and tracks employee performance evaluation dates and scores in HRIS.
• Manages recruitment onboarding tasks and new hire documents.
