Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional, and courteous service to external customers and business partners.
• Coordinate catering and notifications of customer visits/ meetings, ensuring adequate supplies.
• Assist with onboarding, recruitment activities, employment documentation and other day-to-day HR duties.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and follow-ups throughout all facilities.
• Support HR policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and departmental projects.
• Help develop FAQ’s, knowledge resources, communication materials, and self-service solutions for employees.
• Assist in employee communications and postings via live streaming formats.
• Assist in data entry of production labor hours.
• Participate in internal/external employer branding initiatives.
