Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible HR presence on site for employees and leaders.
• Navigate HR policies, benefits resources, attendance, timekeeping, and HR programs.
• Coach leaders on employee relations and performance matters; conduct investigations as needed.
• Plan and conduct workplace investigations in consultation with HR leadership.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
• Maintain HR communications and run basic HR analytics.
