Job summary

GE HealthCare in Wisconsin seeks an on-site HR Specialist to partner with the Global MICTX Supply Chain site leadership. You will provide day-to-day HR support, help resolve workplace matters, and ensure consistent policy application in a manufacturing environment.

You will coach leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance, recognition, and culture initiatives, run HR reports, handle Workday tasks, and contribute to an inclusive, high‑performing workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience with 3 years HR.
• On-site work at GE Healthcare Waukesha/West Milwaukee facilities with responsive support in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience applying HR policies, benefits, timekeeping, attendance, leave, Workday.
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, and performance matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site HR partner for the site and leaders.
• Navigate HR policies, benefits, timekeeping, attendance, leave, Workday, and core HR programs.
• Coach leaders in addressing employee relations and performance matters.
• Plan and conduct workplace investigations in consultation with HR leadership as appropriate.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, retention, and culture initiatives.
• Maintain HR communications and plant-level updates.
• Provide HR analytics and run reports.
• Listen to employee concerns and advocate for resolution to improve culture.
• Support HR projects and system changes to simplify workflows.
