Job summary

Calbee America is seeking a Senior HR Representative (Temporary) to join the HR team in Madera, CA for a three-month assignment. The role focuses on onboarding support, HR data entry, employee records, and general HR administration.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information, and quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment. Onsite work and collaboration with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience.
• Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with HRIS Dayforce or applicant-tracking systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion when handling confidential employee information.
• Manufacturing or multi-location HR experience is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update employee information in HR systems.
• Support new-hire onboarding and pre-employment processes.
• Prepare and review onboarding documents for accuracy and completion.
• Maintain electronic employee records and personnel files.
• Assist with employment documents and status changes.
• Track outstanding onboarding items and follow up as needed.
• Support routine HR reporting, audits, and administrative projects.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
