Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, including new-hire paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain personnel files and HR documentation with confidentiality.
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Assist employees with policies, benefits, leave programs, and procedures.
• Process HR transactions and ensure compliance with policies.
• Prepare HR communications and employee updates.
• Provide reception coverage and front-office support.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and company events.
