Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist for our client in Poulsbo, WA. This 100% onsite, full-time contract role covers employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and HRIS management.

The ideal candidate will have WA employment law expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting safety and compliance with the risk team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar field.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience, especially in employee relations.
• Expert knowledge of WA employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse individuals.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding and HRIS management.
• Support safety and compliance initiatives with the risk team.
• Ensure adherence to Washington employment laws and regulations.
