The role supports workforce planning, onboarding, development, and wellbeing initiatives. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of HR experience, strong communication, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 3–5 years progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
• Ability to collaborate across locations and levels while handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to managers and employees on employee relations, performance, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.
• Support full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
• Guide leaders on HR best practices and ensure legal compliance at federal, state, and local levels.
• Partner with business leaders on engagement, change management, and workforce planning.
• Facilitate employee and labor relations matters and resolve issues per policy.
