Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support Indianapolis manufacturing operations onsite. The role emphasizes talent acquisition, employee relations, and process improvement across HR functions.

You will partner with leaders and teams to implement programs, ensure compliance with FMLA/ADA/EEOC, and advance HR analytics while maintaining strong community ties. The position requires 3+ years in HR, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Workday/PeopleSoft/UKG.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources including talent acquisition and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with and influence individual contributors as well as leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide Talent Acquisition support including full ownership for non-exempt recruitment and onboarding.
• Develop solutions to support business strategy and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Support administrative processes related to policies and procedures for the business unit.
• Build relationships with community partners, area high schools, career centers, and colleges to create talent pipelines.
• Coach and support employees on Workday self-service and manager self-service functionality.
