Qualifications

• 3+ years in human resources with recruiting and generalist responsibilities.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and levels.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and recruiting platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from postings to offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to plan staffing and recruitment strategies.
• Build pipelines via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure positive candidate experience.
• Oversee pre-employment screenings and reference checks.
• Track time-to-fill metrics and hiring progress.
• Support onboarding, new hire orientation, and offboarding.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data accurately.
• Assist with benefits administration and leave management.
• Support employee relations and escalation of sensitive matters.
• Contribute to performance management and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Coordinate HR communications and update handbooks.
