You will execute HR processes, assist with onboarding, and ensure compliant HR operations across all shifts while partnering with operations leaders and the HRBP to advance people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience providing first-line HR support on the floor.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and documentation.
• Knowledge of attendance and leave policies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line HR support on the floor across shifts.
• Execute daily HR tasks: onboarding, badge distribution, postings.
• Assist with employee relations investigations and documentation.
• Maintain HRIS files, prepare I-9 audits, and ensure required postings.
• Support recruiting and onboarding with Talent Acquisition (TA).
• Track HR metrics and training compliance.
