YAGEO Group in San Diego, CA is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and managers, drive HR initiatives, and partner with the US HR team on local projects. This onsite role requires a Bachelor’s in HR, 3–5 years of HR experience, and strong communication, recruiting, and administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5 years in HR; HR certification is a plus.
• Willing and able to work onsite full time in San Diego, CA.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and adaptable.

Responsabilités

• Provide support and guidance to local and U.S. employees and managers.
• Lead recruitment activities and manage hiring processes.
• Oversee daily office administrative duties.
• Coordinate and lead employee meetings, events, and trainings.
• Coordinate local training activities and track metrics.
• Assist with HR compliance tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the U.S. HR team on activities and initiatives.
