E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami, FL is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to manage people operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting. This onsite role supports the employee lifecycle from recruiting to onboarding, benefits, performance, and compliance, fostering a team-first HR culture.

You will partner with managers, source candidates, conduct interviews, perform background checks, and oversee onboarding including I-9 and E-Verify, while maintaining Dayforce records and assisting

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of HR generalist experience, hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Dayforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Partner with hiring managers to plan staffing needs and manage recruitment.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and events; maintain postings.
• Conduct screenings and interviews; provide recommendations.
• Perform background checks, prepare offers, and support onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding including Form I-9 and E-Verify.
