Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Associate HR Generalist for an onsite, Monday–Friday role with a start time between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM and flexibility for a multi-shift operation. You will partner with HR and business leaders to handle day-to-day HR questions, guide policy interpretation, and support HR programs and initiatives.

You'll develop HR expertise while helping ensure employees and leaders receive responsive, consistent, and effective support across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in HR support or administration.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR reporting (headcount, training records, disciplinary tracking, performance evaluations).
• Provide support activity for HR including maintenance and reporting of employee information.
• Assist management in maintaining positive employee relations.
• Coach employees and managers on interpretation and administration of HR policy.
• Partner with HR management on investigations and issue resolution.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
• Represent the company at unemployment hearings when needed.
• Liaise between Talent Acquisition and management in recruitment and selection.
• Identify training needs and support training program implementation.
• Conduct new employee onboarding and ensure consistency in job evaluations and compensation.
• Support leave of absence and workers' compensation processes.
