Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Associate HR Generalist for an onsite, Monday–Friday role with a flexible start window between 11am–1pm. You will support HR operations across reporting, policy guidance, and program delivery, partnering with leaders to provide timely, accurate assistance.

In this role you will conduct onboarding, assist with employee relations, administer compensation programs, and help ensure equity and consistency in HR processes while developing your HR expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HR support or administrative experience preferred.
• Travel up to 25% of the time (within state and out of state).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR reporting (headcount, training records, disciplinary tracking, performance evaluations).
• Provide support for HR activities including maintenance and reporting of employee information.
• Assist management in maintaining positive employee relations and coaching on policy interpretations.
• Conduct local investigations and resolve team member issues with HR leadership.
• Perform onboarding and facilitate new employee integration.
• Support salary and wage administration to ensure pay equity.
• Assist with leave of absence processes and workers' compensation procedures.
