AVL USA INC. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR foundation at our Charlotte, NC facility. You will manage onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping, benefits, and payroll questions while maintaining compliant HR processes.

You will partner with the HR Manager to roll out projects and events, ensuring data integrity in HRIS (ADP) and a smooth employee lifecycle for about 800 employees.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years HR experience.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
