APG Polytech, LLC in Apple Grove, WV is seeking a Jr. Human Resources Generalist to support hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations at our manufacturing facility. This in-person role collaborates with the HR Manager on compliance and strategic HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of HR experience, strong communication, organization, and confidentiality, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Bachelor’s preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding for hourly to management roles.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data accuracy.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Support employee relations and investigations.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with training programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state employment requirements.
• Assist with enrollment, open enrollment, and benefits changes.
