Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC in Fairfax, VA is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations with a 100% onsite presence.

You will manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain HR data integrity, respond to employee inquiries, and help drive compliant, employee-focused service delivery across the full employee lifecycle. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to collaborate with leadership to enhance engagement and reporting.

Qualifications

• B/A or B/S degree in related field, preferred.
• 3 years of HR Admin/Support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email management.
• Good working knowledge of HCM Software; ADP preferred.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Staying current on HR laws and best practices; HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR system of record, ensuring data accuracy.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Oversee offboarding processes and asset retrieval.
• Generate HR reports for auditing and compliance.
• Provide HR guidance on benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Support open enrollment and performance evaluation cycles.
• Coordinate internal communications and office operations.
• Serve as onsite HR point of contact for employees and visitors.
