Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC is hiring an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations from our onsite office in Fairfax, VA. The role covers onboarding, benefits guidance, data integrity, compliance, and employee communications, with a focus on timely, accurate HR service delivery and confidentiality.

The candidate should have at least 3 years in HR administration, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with HRIS/ADP.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in a related field is preferred.
• 3 years of experience in an HR Admin/Support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and email management.
• Good working knowledge of HCM software; ADP preferred.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the HR system of record with accurate employee data.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Administer HR reports for audits, compliance, and metrics; generate monthly HR metrics.
