Job summary

Securitas Healthcare in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the onsite manufacturing team. You’ll implement HR processes, support staffing, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and reporting to enable fair and efficient people operations.

You will analyze data, prepare HR and workforce reports, and develop dashboards using Excel and approved tools, including AI-enabled automation, to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 3–5 years’ HR experience.
• Knowledge of Nebraska State and Federal laws; state law knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, large data sets, reporting templates and data-quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Provides full range of day-to-day HR support including staffing, employee relations, performance management, benefits and compensation.
• Works with HR team and managers to resolve employee relations issues and conducts investigations.
• Manages onboarding program, orientation, logistics and new hire experience.
• Manages internship program and implements employee relations strategies.
• Participates in staffing level planning with supervisors and coordinates with staffing agencies.
• Leads employee engagement activities and reports on HR metrics.
• Prepares HR and workforce reports and analyzes data trends.
• Develops and improves reporting tools and dashboards using Excel and approved tech.
