Job summary

Rocky Mountain Communities is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage day-to-day HR activities, payroll processing, and employee relations in Denver, CO. This role collaborates with the VP of Human Resources to ensure regulatory compliance and effective HR programs across the organization.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and 3+ years of HR experience, with strong ADP knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure on-time payments.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
• Track mandatory and non-mandatory training and certifications.
• Collaborate with managers to understand skills required for openings.
• Post, screen, and coordinate hiring of qualified applicants.
• Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
• Handle employee inquiries and support management.
