The role focuses on onboarding, HR compliance, records management, and performance evaluations, partnering with Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, and leadership to advance initiatives and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and relevant experience.
• At least one year coordinating onboarding activities.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build professional relationships in a dynamic team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee onboarding and employee experience through the introductory period.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and manage records.
• Support agency's performance evaluation process.
• Maintain and update HRIS data in UKG.
• Partner with Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits and leadership on HR projects.
