Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. in Lexington, MA seeks an HR Generalist to support onboarding, compliance, performance management, and the employee experience. This in-person role requires local commute to Lexington, MA and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

The position emphasizes effective HR operations, records accuracy, and partnership with Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, and leadership on HR projects. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business with at least 2 years related experience.
• At least 1 year of onboarding coordination or HR experience.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with staff and supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee onboarding from hire to introductory period; coordinate orientation and documentation.
• Maintain compliant and confidential employee records; conduct audits.
• Oversee agency performance evaluation process; guide managers through timelines.
• Maintain accurate HR data in UKG and identify process improvements.
• Partner with Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits and HR leadership on projects.
