Watts Water Technologies is seeking an HR Generalist for our Export, PA facility. The role supports all levels of associates, partnering with cross-functional teams on recruitment, employee relations, compensation processes, benefits, training, and engagement initiatives.

The position is onsite Monday through Friday in Export, PA with responsibilities spanning performance management, development plans, and HR analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with manufacturing/industrial exposure preferred.
• Ability to partner with all levels of the organization and drive change management.
• Ability to interpret company goals and promote an inclusive workforce.
• Experience using HRIS systems for data management and metrics.
