Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Export, PA is seeking an HR Generalist to support all levels of associates onsite. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive recruiting, employee relations, compensation processes, benefits, training, and engagement initiatives.

The role requires collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to ensure effective HR operations on a Monday–Friday schedule at the Export facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with 1+ year in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using HRIS systems for data management and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate recruitment.
• Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.
• Assist onboarding and new hire tasks for seamless integration.
• Support performance management and development plans.
