Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is hiring an HR Generalist for our Export, PA facility. You will partner with cross-functional teams to recruit, manage employee relations, compensation processes, benefits and training across the site.

You will support performance management, onboarding, development plans and HR projects while maintaining a positive employee experience. The role is onsite Monday through Friday with opportunities to contribute to Watts’ values and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field is required.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including manufacturing or similar environments.
• Ability to partner with all levels of the organization and manage change.
• Strong communication, analytic and presentation skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across all functions at the Export, PA facility.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to facilitate recruitment and onboarding.
• Coach managers on performance expectations and development opportunities.
• Support employee relations, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Generate HR analytics, including headcount and performance reports.
• Assist in compensation, benefits, and leave management processes.
• Support ESG and Watts Cares engagement activities and events.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
