Job summary

Watts Water in Export, PA is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support all levels of our associate population. This onsite role partners with cross-functional teams to drive recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, employee engagement and special HR projects.

You will manage onboarding for new hires, assist with performance management and development plans, generate HR analytics, and uphold Watts values of integrity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or similar setting.
• Ability to partner with all levels of the organization.
• Experience using HRIS for data management and metrics.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Support employee relations, job evaluation, compensation, benefits, training, and leave management.
• Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and recruit with Talent Acquisition.
• Conduct interviews and participate in candidate selection.
• Oversee onboarding and new hire integration.
• Generate HR reports and analytics (headcount, performance).
• Coach leaders on performance expectations and development.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
