Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Boise, ID to serve as a primary HR contact for General Managers and employees. You will guide day-to-day HR, handle employee relations, performance management, investigations, policy interpretation, onboarding, offboarding, and HR data analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, at least 2 years of HR experience, strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably as Generalist.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR advisor to employees and General Managers across locations.
• Interpret and apply HR policies and processes.
• Coach managers on performance, attendance, corrective action, and employee relations.
