Job summary

Apex Service Partners is seeking an Onsite Employee Services (HR) Generalist based in Boise, Idaho, traveling monthly across the Idaho Region. You will support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement, reporting to the Regional Director of Employee Services.

In this role you will manage applicant screening, onboarding, compliance, and relationship-building with multiple locations, while promoting a high-performance, employee-centric culture and ensuring data integrity in ADP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, with onboarding and employee engagement focus.
• Experience with background screenings, onboarding/off-boarding, and compliance.
• Strong communication and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with HR systems like ADP and iCIMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to HR for multiple locations; data entry, filing, records.
• Manage hiring process including screenings, onboarding and compliance documents.
• Coordinate start dates, access, uniforms; onboarding across locations.
• Lead virtual orientation for regional new hires.
• Coordinate safety initiatives with teams.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and handle basic employee relations issues.
• Partner with Director to investigate and resolve compliance issues.
