Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• HR certification preferred (PHR/SHRM-CP).
• Experience supporting manufacturing/industrial/field operations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR resource for assigned locations, guiding employee relations and policies.
• Support performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, transfers, and planning.
• Own onboarding activities including orientation and HRIS record accuracy.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and culture programs.
• Coordinate training and leadership development to strengthen management.
• Assist with benefits communication, leave administration, and enrollment.
• Monitor employment laws and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Track HR metrics and produce workforce reports with process improvements.
• Facilitate performance review cycles and employee feedback initiatives.
• Attend leadership meetings and contribute to people-focused strategic objectives.
