Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Human Resources Representative for the Manufacturing and Technology Projects in New Albany, Ohio. You will perform HR support across the project lifecycle, contributing to a positive work culture and optimal talent utilization on a large-scale semiconductor construction program.

Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment and onboarding, mobilization of personnel, employee engagement initiatives, and data-driven reporting using SAP, Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or other relevant disciplines and 2+ years of experience or 5+ years of overall experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of Bechtel's HR policies, SAP, TalentWorks; experience in Staffing, Engagement, Learning & Development.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: coordinate actions for recruitment and engagement strategy with hiring managers.
• Mobilization: support relocation of employees nationally and internationally; provide logistical support.
• Onboarding & Orientation: facilitate onboarding experiences for new team members.
• Employee Engagement: design initiatives to maintain a positive work culture and boost team morale.
• Data Analysis: analyze hires, promotions, transfers, terminations; design reporting to reduce turnover.
• Training & Development: coordinate training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
