Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR service delivery across our organization. Based in Meridian, ID, this on-site role partners with the Vice President of HR and affiliate leaders to manage onboarding, benefits, compliance, data integrity, and HR projects.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
• Strong confidentiality and autonomy.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders to address employee concerns and provide HR guidance.
• Manage onboarding, leave, benefits, compliance, and HR data.
• Audit and maintain HR records and HRIS data integrity.
• Lead HR projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop communications and trainings on HR initiatives.
