Job summary

Master's Transportation is seeking an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations at our Kansas City headquarters. This 100% onsite role handles recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, compliance, and communications while supporting managers and staff.

You’ll be a resource to employees, protect confidentiality, and drive process improvements with the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years in a relevant HR role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and HRIS administration
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the HRIS, maintain accurate employee information and processes
• Lead talent acquisition activities with hiring managers and onboarding
• Develop and communicate HR policies, ensure regulatory compliance
• Serve as daily HR resource for employees and managers, escalate complex issues
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities and maintain confidentiality
• Utilize technology tools to improve productivity and data security
• Prepare and maintain HR data, reports, and documentation
