Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary HR contact for General Managers and employees, delivering day-to-day guidance on a broad range of HR matters. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, investigations, policy interpretation, and general HR support.

The role is onsite in Boise, ID (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with a compensation range of 48,000 to 55,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years HR experience in a Generalist role.
• Experience supporting employees and managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and General Managers across locations.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, programs, and processes.
• Coach managers on performance, attendance, and employee relations.
• Conduct investigations, document findings, and recommend resolutions.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, records, and documentation.
• Analyze HR data and workforce trends to identify concerns and solutions.
• Partner with General Managers on workforce decisions and employee matters.
• Support employee engagement, HR programs, and initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate HR records.
