Job summary

DaBella in Boise, ID seeks a Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary HR contact for General Managers and employees. You will guide day-to-day HR matters, support employee relations, performance management, investigations, and policy interpretation, while ensuring consistent application of practices across the organization.

The role requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
• Working knowledge of general HR practices and employment policies.
• Experience supporting employees and managers in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to employees and General Managers across assigned locations.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, programs, and processes to employee and workplace matters.
• Coach managers on performance, attendance, corrective action, and employee relations.
• Conduct investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Identify and elevate complex, high-risk, or legally sensitive HR concerns.
• Manage HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, records, and documentation.
• Analyze HR data and workforce trends to identify concerns and recommend solutions.
• Partner with General Managers on workforce decisions and employee matters.
• Support employee engagement, HR programs, policy updates, training, and initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality, accurate records, and organized HR tracking.
• Partner with the HR team on projects, process improvements, and program rollouts.
• Participate in HR meetings, training, and other projects as assigned
