Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Boise, ID to serve as a primary HR contact for General Managers and employees. You will guide day-to-day HR, handle employee relations, performance management, investigations, policy interpretation, onboarding, offboarding, and HR data analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, at least 2 years of HR experience, strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the HR

dThe Human Resources Generalist serves as a primary HR contact for General Managers and employees, providing day-to-day guidance and support across a broad range of HR matters. This role is responsible for employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and general HR support. Operates with general oversight, exercising independent judgment in day-to-day employee relations and performance matters within scope of authority.The HR Generalist works closely with General Managers to address employee concerns, resolve workplace issues, and ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently across the organization.
