Job summary

Fralock is seeking an HR Generalist to support a full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on recruiting hourly and salaried staff, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations while aligning HR practices with company goals and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3–5 years of experience, with strong knowledge of California labor law and HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and compliance.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Serve as HR resource to employees and supervisors on policies, benefits, and relations.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and leaves.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and prepare HR metrics.
